Thank you for shopping with us at MumbaiLads. We’re passionate about getting your new shoes to you quickly, securely, and in perfect condition. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK Shipping Options & Rates

We ship across the United Kingdom using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri (Hermes), DPD, and Yodel. All deliveries are free within the UK, and have a standard delivery time of 2-4 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, especially during busy periods.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all areas of the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping through. We’re working on expanding our service area, so stay tuned!

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also track your order status through your account on our website.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If you're not home when your parcel is delivered, the courier will usually leave a card or attempt redelivery. Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your shoes haven't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at info@mumbailads.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant photos for faster resolution. We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Packaging

We ship all shoes in protective packaging and shoe boxes where possible. Our packaging is eco-friendly and designed to protect your shoes during transit while minimising environmental impact.
